The Melting Wax Uses UPS as our primary shipping surves and we try to get the lowest prices arable for our costumers. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a Email saying so. Please allow 3-6 business days to ship and 3-5 busness days for your order to be completed. Please allow this time sense all orders are made to the order and are not rushed for quality purposes.

The Melting Wax does not do any refunding. If the products were damaged in the mail please send us a picture and we will replace the products if we see fit.

All of the candles created by The Melting Wax are warranted to burn at a minim of 5 minutes, and all of the candles are warrantied to get most dirt off of bodies. If there is a problem please call or email us leaving your information and we will get back to you in 3-5 busted days.
